PRETZEL DESSERT 
2 c. crushed pretzels
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
2 93 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. pineapple juice
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese and sugar, add Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Dissolve Jello in hot juice; add frozen berries. Pour Jello mixture over cheese mixture and let set. It is better if allowed to stand 24 hours.
