PEACH PIE DELIGHT 
29 oz. can sliced peaches
2 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar

Drain can of peaches and put 2 tbsp. of tapioca in peaches and let sit for 5 minutes. Put peaches in a 9 inch pie crust.

Mix 2 tbsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle mixture over peaches and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool and top with whip topping.
