ICE CREAM PIE DELIGHT 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. pared and chopped apples
1/2 c. walnuts
1 1/2 qts. coffee ice cream (or vanilla)
3 Heath bars, frozen

Combine egg, sugar, salt, baking powder and flour. Beat well. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour mixture into a well buttered 10 inch pie pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. (Crust rises, then falls while cooling.)

Soften ice cream slightly. Spoon into shell. Crush Heath bars and sprinkle over top. Freeze. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
