LIVER PASTY 
1 1/2 lbs. liver
1 1/2 lbs. pork
1 sm. onion
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
Sm. handful salt
2 thick slices bread
1/2 tsp. allspice

Grind liver, pork and onions together. Mix all together. Bake 2 1/2 hours in a pan of water in 325 degree oven. Very good on dark bread sliced cold.
