LOW - CALORIE MUFFINS | |
Mix together lightly: 4 egg whites lightly beaten 3/4 c. skim milk 1/2 c. plain yogurt 1/4 c. apple concentrate Mix: 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. rolled oats 1 c. 100% Bran 1 c. unsweetened applesauce 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Add wet ingredients and mix together. Optional - 1/2 cup raisins. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 24 muffins. Approximately 67 calories per muffin. |
