BARBECUED TURKEY DRUMSTICKS 
4 Shady Brook Farms Turkey Drumsticks, approx. 4 lbs.
2 lg. garlic cloves, minced
1 c. chili sauce or ketchup
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except turkey. Simmer, uncovered, over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Arrange turkey drumsticks in foil-lined roasting pan. Pour barbecue sauce over turkey; cover and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator. Turn pieces occasionally in sauce. Remove from refrigerator.

To Grill: Spray grill with vegetable oil. Grill drumsticks until browned, about 7 minutes on each side; turn and baste frequently; continue to cook about 1 hour or until tender.

To Bake: Bake the loosely covered drumsticks in a 325 degree F. oven for 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently. Uncover; continue baking for 30 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned and tender. Makes 4 servings.
