BARBECUE MEATBALLS
MEATBALLS:

10 lb. ground round, ground turkey, ground pork or any combination
9 cups oatmeal
3 cans evaporated milk
9 cloves garlic
3 eggs, chopped
3 large onions, chopped finely
1/8 cup salt, or to taste
1/4 cup freshly ground pepper, or to taste
3 tablespoons chili powder, or to taste
1 tablespoon liquid smoke

SAUCE:

1 gallon ketchup or tomato sauce
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
2 lb. brown sugar
3 large onions, chopped finely or coarse depending on preference
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
9 cloves garlic, finely chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons honey (optional)
3 tablespoons chili powder or to taste (optional)

Blend all meatball ingredients together thoroughly. Form into small balls about the size of a Ping-Pong ball or smaller. Place in a turkey foil pan can; stack balls on top of each other up to four rows high. Blend all ingredients of the sauce together thoroughly and then pour sauce over meatballs. Cook in oven for one hour @ 350°F.

Note: Can cook on top of stove in a pot but the taste is a little different.
