CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Birdseye frozen Chinese vegetables with seasoning
1 pkg. Schilling low calorie chicken gravy
2 tbsp. soy sauce, or to taste

Cut up chicken in bite size pieces. Brown in oil or butter. Add vegetables according to directions on box. Add gravy with 1 cup water. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice with chow mein noodles.
