ZUCCHINI AND CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut in serving pieces
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. basil or oregano
1 portion frozen zucchini-tomato mixture (recipe in vegetable section)

In ovenproof saucepan or casserole, brown chicken pieces in oil and saute over medium heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and herbs. Pour zucchini-tomato mixture over chicken. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serves 4.
