SELF CRUST COCONUT PIE | |
4 eggs 1 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. shortening, melted 2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla Combine ingredients in order given. Mix well. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. The middle will appear soft. Cool. |
