WALNUT MOLASSES NUT COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. ground nuts
1 tsp. molasses, mix with 1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, sugar, and egg. Add molasses mixture and vanilla, then flour, salt, and nuts. Mix well and make 4 rolls and wrap in wax paper and put in refrigerator overnight. Cut 1/4 inch thick and bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.
