STRAWBERRY BARS 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 can mandarin (4" tall can) oranges, with juice

Blend all together at low speed until moistened. Then blend at medium speed until moistened. Then blend at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk (can milk)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Place over heat. Stir constantly for 2 minutes. Spread on hot cake by spoonfuls.
