STRAWBERRY CHIFFON PIE 
1 pkg. strawberry jello
2/3 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add lemon juice and frozen strawberries. Let stand until it starts to thicken. Beat egg whites and add the sugar. Fold the strawberry mixture into the egg whites and pour into a baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream. This recipe would be a quick breeze with a purchased ready baked pie shell.
