STRAWBERRY CHIFFON PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 lg. can evaporated milk, chilled
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Combine the first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Jello until dissolved. Chill. Whip until stiff the milk, vanilla and salt. Whip Jello mix until stiff and fold in whipped milk mixture and pour into prepared shell. Refrigerate until set. Serve topped with whipped cream.
