5 c. peaches, cut fine
4 c. sugar
2 oranges, peeled
1 c. maraschino cherries, cut in pieces - save juice
2 c. sugar
Water

Mix together peaches, 4 cups sugar, orange sections (no rind), cherries. Add 2 more cups of sugar. Measure the cherry juice left in the jar, and add enough water to it to make 2 cups of liquid. Add to fruit. Cook ingredients in saucepan very slowly until thick, approximately 3 hours or more. Put into jelly glasses and cover with paraffin wax. Makes approximately 12 glasses.
