ORANGE RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb, cut fine
3 c. white sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 lb. candy orange slices
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained & sliced fine

Combine rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight. Add cherries, pineapple and orange slices and boil 15 minutes, stirring often. Pack into sterilized jars. It should be noted that the orange slices do not dissolve completely.
