DUMPLING FOR SAUERKRAUT 
1 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted fat or oil
1/2 c. milk

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and fat; stir into flour to blend. Drop by tablespoon into bubbling ribs and sauerkraut.
