CHICKEN 'N DUMPLINGS' 
6 boneless chicken breasts
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Little salt
1/4 c. butter
6 c. water

Boil chicken. Save the broth. Cool and cube chicken. Set aside. (If possible, use processor to mix dough.) Mix flour, salt and butter together. Slowly add milk to flour mixture. Blend well. This dough will be thick. Roll out THINLY on well floured board. Cut into squares with pizza cutter. Drop each square single into water and broth (this keeps the dumplings' from sticking together). Cook the dumplings' and chicken together for 15 to 20 minutes.
