PEPPER JELLY 
1/3 c. red or green pepper
1 1/3 c. bell pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. bottle certa
2 or 3 tbsp. red or green food color
1 1/2 c. wine cider vinegar

Seed peppers and grind or chop. Mix peppers with sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil. BOIL 1 minute. Cook 5 minutes. Add certa. Put in glasses. Wear rubber gloves.
