PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot pepper, grind
3/4 c. bell pepper, grind
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. wine, apple cider or white vinegar
1 (6 oz.) Certo or 2 (3 oz.) pkgs.
8 or 9 drops green food color

In large pot or saucepan, combine peppers, sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in Certo, mix well. Let stand 5 minutes. Skim and add green color. Put in jars and seal.
