CHEDDAR TURKEY PIE | |
1 9" pie crust (Pillsbury) 1 lb. ground raw turkey 1 c. loose pack vegetable mix (broccoli, green beans, onion & red pepper) 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.) 1/2 tsp. dried thyme In 3 quart saucepan brown turkey; drain off any fat. Stir in vegetables, soup, milk and thyme. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into 8 inch round baking dish or pie pan. Cover with crust; flute edge. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown (25-30 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6. |
