PUFFY MEAT LOAF PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. coarsely shredded raw potatoes (drained)
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In large bowl combine ground beef, potatoes, catsup, onion, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well. Place meat mixture into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Drain off accumulated fat. Separated crescent dough into 8 triangles. Arrange triangles over partially baked meat. Return to oven 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
