1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 pkg. instant mashed potatoes
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine egg and milk. Stir in sat, pepper, ketchup, onion and bread crumbs. Mix in ground beef. Form into loaf and place in baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Prepare mashed potatoes and frost baked meatloaf. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
