FROSTED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 to 2 c. mashed potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of soup. Shape into loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and frost with mashed potatoes and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes longer. Remove from oven and ready to serve. Remainder of soup may be heated and used as gravy over sliced meatloaf. (Baking time may vary.)
