CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 1/2 lb. cubed raw chicken
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. butter
2 pie crusts

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and toss. Blend together milk, eggs, flour, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken and mix together. Pour into unbaked pie crust and dot with butter. Place the other crust on top of pie and seal the edges. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Let cool 5-8 minutes before cutting.
