ORANGE FUDGE 
7 c. sugar
3 sticks butter
1 can cream
1 1/2 lb. orange candy melts
2 tbsp. orange flavoring

In a large kettle melt butter. Add cream and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add candy melts and flavoring. Stir well and pour into large pan.
