WHITE CAP DESSERT 
2 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
10 lg. marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream

Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Pour half into 8 x 12 inch pan and let set. Pour other half into bowl and let set until mixture thickens. Cream together the pineapple, cream cheese and the marshmallows which have been cut into small pieces. Then fold in 1 cup cream (whipped). Spread on bottom layer of Jello and then put top layer of Jello on top.
