EATABLE EASTER BASKETS 
1-1 1/2 pkg. chow mein noodles (LaChoy)
1 pkg. melting chocolate

Melt chocolate in microwave as per directions. Pour over package of noodles. Shape into baskets or I put blob into muffin pans sections and shape (spray before with Pam).

1 cup coconut in Ziplock bags. Put drops of green food coloring in a shake bag until desired color is reached. Sprinkle on baskets. Put small jelly bird eggs in nests. Refrigerate 5 minutes, then unmold. Store in cool place in tupperware. Makes approximately 3 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
