REUBEN-STYLE POCKETS 
EQUIPMENT:

Kitchen scissors
Table knife

INGREDIENTS:

2 lg. pita bread rounds
Thousand Island salad dressing
2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkgs. very thin corn beef
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 lettuce leaves
8 dill or sweet pickle slices

1. Use the scissors to cut each pita in half crosswise (so you have 4 half circles).

2. With the table knife, spread the inside of the pita pockets with salad dressing.

3. Put some of the corned beef in each pocket. Tear the cheese into pieces that will fit in the pockets. Add cheese, lettuce leaves, pickle slices to each pocket. Makes 4.
