REUBEN CHICKEN 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, deboned
Salt and pepper
16 oz. can sauerkraut, well drained
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. Italian salad dressing

Grease casserole dish; salt and pepper chicken breasts and place in dish. Top with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Italian dressing. Cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
