SWISS BEANS 
2 cans French cut green beans heated and drained
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
Mace, optional

Make white sauce of butter, flour and sour cream. Cook until thick. Add salt, pepper, onion and 1/2 of cheese. Add heated beans and turn into greased casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with mace, if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for about thirty minutes or until bubbly on top.
