1 c. shortening or butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. mincemeat
1 c. chopped walnuts

Cream sugar, shortening, add eggs beat until smooth. Combine dry ingredients, add to cream mixture. Stir in mincemeat, beat until smooth. Add walnuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
