BEEF BRISKET 
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 bottle Heinz 57 Sauce
2 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Several dashes tabasco
Garlic salt
1 lg. beef brisket, trimmed
1/4 c. brown sugar in sauce mixture (optional)

Sprinkle meat generously with garlic salt. Cover meat with mixture of sauce from above ingredients. Cover dish with foil tightly. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Slice thin and return to sauce.
