PORK BRAINS 
2 lbs. brains

(Clean brains with cold water.)

Add: 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. corn flake crumbs (crush flakes with a rolling pin)

Combine all ingredients and mix. If mixture is not thick enough add more crushed corn flake crumbs. Fry in hot fat.
