NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 1 c. lard 1 egg 1 tbsp. vinegar 5 tbsp. cold water 1 tsp. salt Mix lard and flour until crumbly. Beat eggs; add vinegar and water to egg; add salt and mix into flour mixture. Roll out for pie crust. Quantity: 4 single crusts or 2 double crusts, 9-inch pie pan. |
