NEVER FAILS ME PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. lard
4 tbsp. water

Mix together salt & flour. Cut in 1/3 c. lard. Cut in remaining 1/3 c. lard. Adding water 1 Tbsp. at a time, mix lightly with fork until all flour is moistened. Gather dough up into ball. Roll out one half at a time for each crust.
