MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal mix
1 c. creamed corn
2 peppers
1/2 c. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. cheese

Mix and pour into well greased iron skillet. Bake on 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
