TUNA CORNBREAD 
2 pkgs. corn bread mix (regular or Mexican)
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/3 c. milk

Follow package directions for preparing cornbread. (Ingredients listed are doubled for 2 packages.) Pour batter into a small rectangular pan, greased. Add tuna to cornbread batter, stirring in to distribute evenly. Bake in oven at 425 degrees until corn bread browns, about 30 minutes. Cut into serving size pieces. Yield: 8 servings.
