BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
4 eggs
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped onions
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 tsp. picante sauce
2 pkgs. cornbread mix (may sub. 1 Mexican CB mix)

Mix well. Bake in 2 pans or 1 large iron skillet at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
