5 eggs, beaten
2 pkgs. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. cottage cheese
10 oz. chopped, frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together. (Batter will be stiff.) Pour into well greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 45 minutes. Delicious hot or cold.
