DELUXE POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 stick butter (melted)
1 c. Cheddar cheese (or 1 can of Cheddar cheese soup)
Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 onion, finely chopped
Bacon bits

Mix soups, sour cream and butter. Add chopped onion to potatoes and mix together. Bake in large casserole dish about 1 hour at 325 degrees. After out of the oven, sprinkle with bacon bits and Cheddar cheese.
