DELUXE CREAMED POTATOES 
1/3 stick butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
4 slices American cheese
3 to 4 lg. potatoes, cooked
Salt (to taste)
Accent (to taste)

Melt butter; stir in flour. (Don't burn.) Add milk, stirring constantly, until boils and thickens. Add cheese and parsley. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes.
