LUNCHEON COOLER 
2 med. cantaloupes, chilled
2 med. peaches, peeled
2 bananas, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. fresh strawberries
3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. snipped candied ginger
Lime sherbet

Cut cantaloupes in half crosswise; remove seeds. Slice 1 peach and reserve for garnish. Dice remaining peach into large bowl. Add next 4 ingredients and toss lightly; spoon into cantaloupe halves. Arrange reserved peaches around cantaloupe rim; top with scoop of lime sherbet. Garnish with extra blueberries.
