GARABOZO LOAF OR CHICK PEAS 
1 can Garabozo with juice (grind in blender)
1 c. nuts, ground & add to garabozo (pecans or walnuts)
1 onion (med.), add to blender or chopped
1 egg
5 lb. onion, vegetable
2 c. corn flakes, add last
1/2 tsp. chicken seasoning, from health food store
1/2 tsp. salt, I omit this
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in buttered 1 quart casserole. Good hot or cold in sandwiches.
