CHICK PEA LOAF 
1/2 c. Patty Mix
1/2 c. water
3 c. chick peas, cooked, drained, and mashed
1/3 c. tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine Patty Mix and water and let stand 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir until uniform. Turn mixture into an oiled loaf pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
