GREEN PEA MEAT LOAF | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 lg. stalk celery, chopped 1 (15 oz.) can peas 1 egg 10 saltines 1/4 c. milk or liquid from peas 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix meat, celery, onion, egg, milk, half of saltines which should be finely crushed, salt and pepper, and about 1/3 can peas, using the rest of saltines to roll meat loaf. Add rest of peas the last 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. |
