CRUNCHY MUNCHIES 
1 head (about 1 1/2 lbs.) cauliflower
1 pkg. (2 3/8 oz.) Italian flavored seasoned mix

1. Cut cauliflowers into about 24 flowerettes; rinse. Empty coating mix into plastic bag and coat flowerettes.

2. On glass plate, arrange 12 in circular pattern and heat 5 to 6 minutes in microwave on high until tender. Let stand 3 minutes before serving, repeat procedure. Use one pound zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices for a variation.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
