HASH BROWN POTATOES 
1 stick butter, soft
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
24 oz. shredded potatoes, thawed
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. chopped onions (I use minced dehydrated)

Combine all ingredients. Mix very well. Bake at 350 degrees at least 50 minutes (until light brown). Makes a 9 x 13 inch pan.
