HUNGARIAN NOODLE BAKE 
4 oz. (2 1/2 c.) fine noodle
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 tbsp. salt
Dash pepper

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Combine noodles with remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Makes 6 servings. Add one 9 1/4 ounce can (1 1/2 cups) tuna flaked, if desired.
