SWEET CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars, beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Place on plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Roll in pecans before serving. Serve with graham crackers.
